My office is at #410-943 West Broadway (between Oak and Laurel, north side). Please note there is construction on West Broadway for the future Skytrain between Commercial and Arbutus. There is parking underground with elevator access (except Saturdays), pay lots nearby (including an open air one on Laurel between Broadway and 8th) and under Shopper’s Drugmart, as well as free parking spots nearby (if your parking luck is with you).

While I’m no longer sending out the COVID screening survey via email before each booked appointment, if you have any cold or flu symptoms, please rebook your appointment for a later date or contact Dr. Carr if you have questions (text 604-783-2846).

Online video consultations remain available on both clinic and non-clinic days, but if you don’t find the time that you want, please contact me for alternate options.

If you’re new to the clinic, when you book in, you’ll be asked to enter a valid credit card into the system to ease payment procedures in clinic. The system is secure and only the last 4 digits are viewable. Your card will only be billed once treatment is received and upon your approval. If you would like to pay for your appointment via another payment option (direct billing to insurance or etransfer), please let Dr. Carr know. If you do not have a credit card or would prefer not to enter it when booking, please contact me directly.
